Just had a cleaning with the hygienist at Surrey Place Dental. Denise was very friendly & did a very thorough cleaning. SODG is the best.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Praveen Islur at Surrey Place Dental (Central City). He was recommended to me by a friend, and I am very satisfied with the treatment I received. I've been treated by many different dentists in the past (as I've moved a lot), and my yesterday's dental office experience easily stands out as one of the best I've had. From the beginning, Dr. Islur came across as very friendly and attentive. He examined my teeth, shared his observations and a couple of suggestions, and listened to what I had to say. They then gave me an estimate, and Dr. Islur proceeded to put in two fillings (which is what I came in for). It felt like he is working efficiently and diligently at the same time. Throughout the entire process, he was in constant contact with me: letting me know what he is doing and checking on me. I had a couple of special requests in terms of how I like to be treated, and Dr. Islur had no problem accommodating them. Last but not least, when I checked my teeth in the mirror at home, I was pleased to see that Dr. Islur did an excellent job sculpting the fillings - they perfectly restored the original, natural shape of the two teeth that were treated. In short, when the time comes, I'll be seeing him again, and I won't hesitate recommending him to others.

Dr. Greg graduated from UBC Dental School in 1986. He has practiced most of his career in Surrey and enjoys practicing all aspects of family dentistry. He has a keen interest in Sports Dentistry, as he has been the team dentist for the BC Lions Football Club for over 20 years, and is a member of the Academy for Sports Dentistry, which regularly meets with team dentists from the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB and other professional and amateur sports leagues.
