Dr C. Loewen put a filling in my lower right premolar two years ago and I had constant, dull pain in my right lower jaw after the filling was done. I thought the pain would disappear after a few weeks, but it didn’t. Four weeks later, I went back to see him and he gave me a bite test. He had me bite on a piece of wood using the filled tooth and I screamed out of pain. He told me to wait for a few more weeks and see if the pain would get better or worse. After six months of no improvement, I went back to see the clinic and this time a senior dentist checked my tooth and told me the same thing, to wait and see if the pain would get worse or better. The pain hasn’t since disappeared. Update: the pain turns out to be caused by TMJ caused by the dental work by the dentist. I lost trust in dentists.

I’d like to be put in contact with the owner as soon as possible. The mistake this place has made has cost me some serious health issues and I will absolutely go further in another review with many details. Before I decide to do that, I’d like the option to get in contact with the owner. This is something they need to hear. It will affect the business very seriously. The owner has chosen to ignore my review so I guess I will have to move forward with the details. The first experience I had was with Dr. Chang and he was absolutely horrible. Very rough on the mouth and caused me to bleed having work done by him. Then I was recommended to Dr. Isler who I enjoyed at the start but still wasn’t a very good dentist. After multiple mess ups, I was informed not to come back. Then I cracked a tooth and had to get it fixed. Dr. Isler wasn’t available so I got a fill-in dentist. He was not that good either. They did not inform me that I was going to need a root canal in the future, but they wrote on the file that they did inform me. Then when I came back in because I had serious severe pain all up the side of my face. They told me that I had to have a root canal, so I paid for half of it and half of it was completed. Then I came back to get the rest of the root canal finished. Dr. Isler was the one performing the final root canal. He dropped a METAL FILE IN MY TOOTH. Then tried to tell me that this happens and it’s okay. It is absolutely not okay. This is a very huge, major, mistake. I was so disappointed and so angry Dr. Isler definitely heard it from me. He then proceeded to tell me he was going to have to refer me to an endodontist root canal specialist. He really hoped that they were going to be able to get it out. Unfortunately not, so now I am stuck with a metal file the size of a sewing needle in my tooth for the rest of my life. Trying to reassure me that it shouldn’t cause me any pain. This is absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. Thankfully, they paid for my appointment as they should, and they should’ve reimburse me the totals that I had paid for the root canal the first time. It was not done properly and they dropped a metal file, a tool that they use in my tooth. Please beware of dentists when you are looking for one. This place does not have very qualified dentists. On top of that, the staff is not very kind especially when they know that you’ve been having issues they try to make your life harder. Tiffany the manager, is the last person I want to speak to she gave me such a hard time about it, just for all of this to happen. She really has no clue what she’s doing, or how to help people. This won’t be the last that you will be hearing from me. I am going to go further with this because it has caused me some serious health issues. This kind of mistake cannot be reversed. If he wasn’t qualified to perform the root canal, knowing that something like this could happen. It should not have been done in the first place. I’ve never been so upset in my whole life. I made it very clear I will not be coming back. They called me just a couple days ago telling me they ran a crown through my insurance trying to act like nothing happened. I repeated I will not be coming back. These mistakes will be paid for.
