Dr. Jensen has been in private practice in Utah for the last 9 years prior to moving to Arizona in 2014. Dr. Jensen loves treating children and teens and loves making a difference in their self-esteem through quality oral health care.
Dr. Jensen is proud to make Surprise Pediatric Dentistry the best pediatric dentist in Surprise, Arizona and surrounding areas. He enjoys being an Arizona children's dentist and strives to help the lives of those he works with
Dr. Jensen is originally from southeast Idaho. After serving an LDS Church mission to Alberta, Canada, Dr. Jensen moved to Provo, Utah, where he graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. It was at BYU where he met his lovely wife Linda. They were married in Manti, Utah during his senior year.
Following his studies at BYU he attended dental school at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He then returned to Utah where he attended a residency in General Dentistry at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City. Upon completion of his residency at the U of U, he went on to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Rochester Medical Center, in Rochester, New York.
Dr. Jensen loves treating children and teens and loves making a difference in their self-esteem through quality oral health care. Dr. Jensen and his wife Linda are the proud parents of four children: Anna, Elizabeth, Zach

I love this dental office for my daughter. They are always so patient with her and explain step by step what they are going to do whenever she feels uneasy. I am also transferring my son to this location for all of his dental work. The staff is so friendly !

Our first visit here was great. Both my children, age 6 & 3, had cleanings and the older one had a cavity filled. They loved the environment and the staff were all very friendly.

Dr. Jensen did an amazing job with my five year old! As terrified as my son was to get some work done, Dr. Jensen handled the situation great and I’m so impressed how quickly he got the work done! I wish there were dentists like him for adults! Haha

Everything about our experience was awesome! From the minute we walked in my daughter was fascinated by the jungle theme, the “tree house” and even tried convincing the staff to give her one the pink monkeys. Miss Jessica was fun and silly which made my daughter comfortable and relaxed. Even when we had to wait a few minutes for Dr. Jensen my daughter was entertained by Miss Jessica. You can tell the staff really loves what they do and being with children.
