Doctor Wu provided me with the best dental experience I've had to this date, very nice and detailed. Great service and consultation.
Recommend to everyone, all ages. Dr Choi very helpful and explains everything in details, and even provided translation to Chinese so it was super helpful. Reception and staffs were also friendly and the Chinese speaking front desk explained all the insurance coverage in details, so I understood what I was paying for exactly. Recommend to everyone, they even have a Chinese speaking dentist who comes every Wednesdays. Will come back for future crown making!

Detailed and accurate consultation, kind and skilled doctors providing reliable treatment! I received cavity treatment and Botox here, and the friendliness of both the staff and the medical team left a strong impression. I will continue to visit in the future and would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist.
I went to the Canadian Dental Clinic and was told that I could only start treatment next month after receiving an Thanks to the female director who truly understands the feelings of a patient who cannot sleep at night, I was able to schedule an emergency appointment the next day, tomorrow. Of course, this may not apply in all cases. After looking at the full schedule for about two weeks on the reception computer screen for about 5 minutes, clicking here and there with a perplexed look, he quickly put my name in for tomorrow afternoon. The director also said that it can't be like this every time, but you're lucky. I was lucky enough to run into a kind female director at the counter, and I think my painful earnestness was conveyed to her. After that, I went home, but I got a call saying that another client's appointment was canceled, and I had the luck of returning to the dentist again. So, the extraction of my wisdom teeth and molars, which had been causing me sleepless nights, and the treatment of cavities and resin while I was under anesthesia at the same time were all resolved on the same day of the visit. The cost was also much better than the quote I received from another dental clinic a few months ago. I think other Korean dental clinics are a bit more expensive than local dental clinics. In addition, Director Choi, who was in charge of the treatment, touched my heart deeply with his sincere care for the patient. All the staff smiled and were friendly. I don't know how to repay all this gratitude. I really, truly bow my head in gratitude. I feel really lucky. I will have to live a more kind life from now on. That way, luck like this might come again ^^ thank you!

This clinic is an absolute nightmare, especially for elderly patients. My 90-year-old grandfather had a terrible experience here. They called multiple times just hours before his appointment to change the time, which was frustrating and inconsiderate, especially for a senior who depends on others for transportation and planning.
They also told him he was eligible for free dentures, but when he arrived for his appointment, they told him he didn’t qualify, wasting both his time and ours. This kind of misinformation and last-minute change is unacceptable and a complete waste of time.
On top of that, the clinic advertises that they speak Chinese, which was a major reason why my grandfather chose them in the first place. He needed someone who could communicate with him. Turns out, there’s only one front desk person who speaks Chinese, and she’s not there all the time. They kept telling my grandfather that he should bring a translator, which was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful.
The lack of professionalism, false promises, and poor communication left us extremely disappointed. Seniors deserve much better than this. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

unprofessional and unknowlegable. The ladies working at the front desk are unresonable and rude. They are very overpriced, scammers who talk you into getting treatments you dont need.
