If you are lucky enough to come across this company and are considering getting your teeth straightened here, I would like to share my experience with you. Before receiving your invisible aligners, they will ask you to sign an agreement, ensuring you will not be refunded any money you’ve paid. At that point, you have no idea what to expect. After making the payment, we received our aligners, and the quality was absolutely terrible. The rough edges caused bleeding in our mouths and were extremely uncomfortable. We then went to the clinic and asked them to provide us with better-quality aligners that wouldn’t harm our mouths, but they suggested we just use nail clippers to fix the aligners ourselves. We felt that this was extremely irresponsible and decided to terminate our treatment there. Then, they pulled out the document we had signed earlier and refused to refund the money we paid. It was truly a terrible experience. I suggest being cautious when choosing this place.

They only work 3 days/week. If problems during the days they're off, it is not easy to get help. Staffs are nice but kinda hard on kids. During treatment they would ignore kid's difficulties. I get it, they want it to be done, but maybe a bit more sympathy?

We love Egger Ortho! My 6 year old has been a patient for over a year for palate expansion. Everyone has been extremely kind and patient with my son. We trust Dr Egger and her team so much we drive over an hour to see them. We had consultations at 3 other orthodontists near our house, but felt the most comfortable with Dr. Egger and her advanced knowledge and experience. My son looks forward to seeing his favorite clinician Jenn and playing games in the lobby. They have made my son’s first experience with orthodontics a very positive one.

I would consider another provider if i was about ready spend $8k+ on my kids braces. The office is only open three days a week and we have had loose wires poking my son after nearly every appointment. That means he has to go at least a week or more to get the incorrect work fixed. Definitely has gone down hill over the past few years. Seems like a practice that is either getting sold or just collecting a paycheck. Apparently they make enough in three days a week to leave customers hanging. I hate leaving negative reviews but having to pull my son out of school to accommodate the lack of availability; and no acknowledgment from the Doctor regarding the issues… just seemed like the only way help others.
