As someone that has had a 6 month cleaning regularly as far back as I can remember, this is the first time I have been choked, blinded and stabbed. It’s the first time I’ve had to say “ouch” and flinch before even getting touched. To top it off, the polisher broke off, fell in my mouth and almost choked me (right after we had barely started and polisher paste was sprayed all over my face). Was the hygienist I had today a student or was I his first ever client?

INVISALIGN: the quotes from this office are outrageous — please do your research if they suggest getting them here.

My first visit I was told to get them because crowding on my bottom front teeth. My second visit I went in for a chipped tooth which was chipped from biting on a fork.

I was told this was due to crowding and aggressively told I would need invaslign or it would happen again. Very high pressured sales tactics but I did consider it, even accepting the mouth scan. That experience was equivalent to someone trying to churn butter in my mouth nearly choking me.

I had to follow up multiple times to get a response and despite being told by the owner I would need only a month or two of trays, they quoted me $6000. After talking to two friends and a colleague with actual orthodontic issues — they had all had trays for a year or more with none having paid close to that. I also received this quote with no confirmation of actual time I would need to use the trays nor a treatment plan.

I’m giving two stars because the daughter of the owner did a beautiful job on the very tiny chip on my tooth although I do have some questions as it chipped 3 weeks later. They did repair the chip a second time and if I recall correctly, they did not charge me or gave a discount. It hasn’t chipped since so I’m doubting it was caused by my crowding. I now wish I had made the effort for second opinions before having ground down some of the natural porcelain. I will also say the daughter did a nice job slightly building back up a part of a molar that has slight worn down.

FYI — I found out that Invisalign certification/licensing is easy to get. If any dental office suggests it — book an appointment with an orthodontist for a second opinion.

I would’ve returned most likely (to having the crowding assessment reviewed by other offices) but after the high pressured sales tactics and inconsistent service, I cannot and highly question ethical practices here.

The dentist Dr Berta and Dr.Lauren are amazing. All staff I met have been . I had a very bad experiences in past with a dentist who made me feel so ashamed about not being able to keep up with care of my teeth because of one mental health issues depression and anxiety and two the cost which is overwhelming for anyone . I was scolded like a child I left in tears. Forward to now I want my confidence back and I booked an appointment with DD King/river and I will say I never felt such kindness compassion n caring by any Drs or staff like I did today. I left with happy tears and such hope my confidence will come back cause of their work . They are so kind and wonderful and the cleaning n work didn't hurt one bit so gentle... I can't stop smiling since I left . .Thank you for giving me this feeling and support . You all are appreciated.
