The process of receiving porcelain veneers was expedient, careful, and educational. Im lucky I went to Yaletown and would vouch for their services to anyone who asks. Dr. Kassam followed up with me 24 hours after my appointment on a Saturday just to ensure I was happy.

Just had a crown done, and usual, I had the best possible experience here. They do their utmost to make sure you are comfortable and well take care of. Over 15 years of coming to see Dr Kassam and his awesome team, I’ve always been super happy with every visit. They are professional and friendly, and I feel like they are always on top of their game. I can’t say enough good things about the incredible experience we had with Dr. Sam and his assistant Rosa at our recent visits. My 6-year-old son was a bit nervous about his dental procedure, but both Dr. Sam and Rosa were so kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to explain everything to him in a fun and engaging way during the “show and tell” at our first appointment making sure he knew exactly what to expect. It really helped ease his anxiety!
The treatment itself was really impressive. Dr. Sam used a laser technology to treat my son’s cavities, which meant no drilling or freezing. My son was able to sit comfortably and watch cartoons the entire time.
Both Dr. Sam and his assistant were professional, friendly, and truly amazing with kids. It’s clear they have a lot of experience making young patients feel comfortable and cared for. My husband and I left the office feeling so grateful for their expertise and warmth. I highly recommend this team to any parent looking for a positive, stress-free dental experience for their child!
