    Blessed Love Jamantoc

    I highly recommend the hygienist who did my teeth cleaning and would like to thank the reception who delivered my specific request for a hygienist. I specifically asked for someone who is light handling since some hygienist have that heavy hand pressure. Not only she is light handling, she does it so well and detailed. Thank you!
    The dentist I've seen after is amazing too since he was the only one (out of the many I've visited) who mentioned and referred me to another condition that I have been scouting for during the thorough dental checkup. Thank you!
    My only concern and the reason for 3 stars is because,
    I've raised my corcern primarily to remove the excess resin and have asked for options. Hygienist said I can do veneers, invisalign, and composites. The doctor mentioned my options too. I did also repeatedly ask them how about if I were to just remove it coz there's nothing wrong with it and that they were just aesthetics. I remember doctor saying: " yes, since the teeth is healthy as it is and if space is not concerning for you". I did confirm that yes, nothing wrong with the teeth and I just don't like maintenance overtime if it gets chipped again and spacing is not a concern.. I appreciated also the part where he didn't push a procedure on one of my tooth, where he says it's still okay too.
    I thought that was clear were I to be presented by those 3 options discussed; when I got to the front to pay the difference from my insurance, I was surprised that only 1 option or estimate was given. The removal option that I have written on the paper upon checkin and mentioned repeatedly, were not presented.
    When asked about it again, other receptionist said that it wasn't an option since the tooth might cause holes and uneveness.
    That's where I left confused since I've been pointing out that they were just builded to make the tooth "look" bigger and that, there's nothing wrong w the tooth.
    She even said that it was a miscommunication?
