Absolutely amazing experience! The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. Dr. Emami is knowledgeable, skilled, attentive, and very compassionate—he took the time to address all my concerns thoroughly. Mercedes was simply fantastic—kind, supportive, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and seamless. Can't thank the team enough. Truly outstanding service all around. Highly recommend!
I moved to the clinic when my dentist retired and my kids started attending the adjoining orthodontist who we love! Dr Elena is such a lovely human who never rushes my questions or concerns. She did my first crown and was so supportive as I had some anxiety alongside the complications when also needed a root canal. She remembers past concerns and always checks in as well. The front desk ladies are so kind and we always have a good chat when I walk in. When I see assistants Fedelia or Mercedes, the appointment just gets better! They are always so happy to chat with, remember things we have previously talked about and make the appointment fly by!
The facility is sparkling clean and has all the top technology. I would highly recommend choosing this office for your dental needs!
All the staff at willowbrook dental were amazing, especially Mandeep my hygienist !!! They were very kind and patient with me. So glad I finally found a dentist I feel safe with.
