2026-03 Update
Well it’s been 19 months and braces are out! Our son has been diligent with his braces/ elastics etc and we crossed the finish line! Thanks again to all the thoughtful & friendly staff at Westview. Our son loved the goodie bag he was given at the end with the gum, chewy-sticky fruit bar and gummy bears too! So thoughtful!
Keep up the great work! Had a great experience with every visit. Always on time with good communication, No-hassle scheduling and no surprise fees/charges.

This was our first experience with an orthodontist and it was for our teen-aged son. When we arrived we could see that this is a very busy office. In my experience this usually means they do great work but sometimes it can also mean that it is very impersonal. What’s amazing about this office is they are also very friendly and kind. Our experience with all the staff from the Orthodontist (Dr Louie) to the support technicians to the receptionists made us feel cared-for and valued. The receptionists are so polite you actually notice it cuz it's so unexpected in such a bustling office!!
We have had multiple visits (3 thus far) as our son is still not quite ready for braces yet and there has been no charge for the appointments yet too. Each visit has been very consistent and Dr Louie has been attentive and has communicated well about the stages we are at and has had her office stay on top of future appointments so we can monitor the progression. I would have no hesitation in recommending this office at all - there's a good reason why this office is so busy!
I loved my appointment with Dr. Lenore Louie. She was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, patient and gave me a honest assessment that made me feel very confident. Also her assistant Shawna (not sure how to spell her name) was just lovely and also very knowledgeable.

Had an awesome experience with everyone at westview. Dr.Louie and her team are very professional, experienced, and so personable. Excellent communication and they ensure every process moves forward efficiently. Very happy with my experiences there and would highly recommend.

Great experience. They fit me in immediately given the urgent nature of the situation .The entire team was extremely pleasant, professional and highly qualified.
Also, never try to block a hockey puck with your teeth. But if you do, this is definitely the team you want taking care of you.
