Dr. Paola Sugara, is one of the best dentist I have ever dealt with. She is very caring, she spent long time explaining different alternatives to help the patient decide which better in regard to his benefits. She is very trustworthy, she does not provide costly solutions, she recommends only what is needed now, and is needed in the future. Dr. Sugara is very skillful and confident of what she is doing .
On the other hand Lucy the front desk is very professional and descent, she always welcoming patient in a very nice way. She helps scheduling the appointment to make the patient comfortable.

West Broad Dental is an excellent practice. Everyone there from the office manager, Lucy to the dental hygienist, and of course to the doctors are not just skilled but also compassionate. The communication for appointment is also excellent. They really go above and beyond to make sure they exhaust all possible insurance reimbursements for whatever you need done. My dental hygienist is Julia. She is fantastic meticulous never in a rush and loves to educate patients about dental hygiene. My dentist has been Dr. Sugajara who is very experienced and not just skilled but trustworthy gives the right amount of therapy and very good recommendations. It’s hard to believe that her website says that she graduated school in 2001! I’m in the healthcare industry so do feel well positioned to judge healthcare practitioners.
