I had an amazing experience at Wave Dentistry ! I recently had two crowns done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in Mariam greeted me at the front desk ,the staff made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. The office is clean, modern, and has a very calming atmosphere.
Dr. Joel and his assistant Sam were incredibly gentle, professional, and explained every step of the process clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. The entire procedure was smooth and virtually painless. They made sure my crowns were a perfect fit, both functionally and aesthetically — they look and feel so natural!

I was always in pursuit of a career that would provide endless opportunities to serve the people in our community. With a passion for healthcare and crafting new smiles, I completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery at James Cook University in Australia in 2019.
In the clinic I am committed to making you feel comfortable and educated throughout any procedure, with a modern and preventative approach to patient care.
I continue to stay up to date with the latest Invisalign technology through being an active member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. To continue developing my clinical skills I also spend time assisting in the Oral Surgery department at Peace Arch and Langley Memorial Hospital.
Outside of the office I enjoy exploring the mountains, fishing the open ocean, or regularly lacing up my hockey skates for a game.

I went there a a week ago on 4 Dec 2024. I was a new paitent went there with tooth ache and the Dr Joel told me your 2 upper tooth has infection, if you don't do it the infection will go deeper then took x-rays and checked. I don't know why he suggested Cleaning before RCT and then Then the receptionist gave me appointment 2 weeks later by then my tootache would have been worse and I requested to book me earlier she said she will try. By 8 dec 2024 even my cheek were sore and I had pain. Dental office called me in for Cleaning on 10 Dec.Also Sent estimates to my insurance company for RCT and i thought its covered and in the cleaning they took atleat 10 Xrays for dental exam and did cleaning on the lower left side check bone density I don't know why. Which costed me around 543$.Cleaning was done only the left lower side becuase they said you didn't have it done in long time. When Dr Joel.came he said oh You are sore we can do RCT today then the front desk lady told me you have to pay 1017 $ Yourself. I was suprised like a day ago the estimates you sent it says its covered but then they said oh the cleaning and Xrays we just did was not part of that estimate. Because I was in pain, I didn't wanted to wait for one another week to get done with RCT. By then my infection would have been worst. On top of that I have concussion which I told them before hand. JODI did cleaning on left side first she was expalining everything to me and also froze me for cleaning.RCT in 2 tooth was upper on left side as well and I went there around 10:50 for cleaning and at 12:50pm they started RCT by 3:50 pm I was done with it. Almost 6 hrs I was in that chair Now my face is swollen and sore and in pain. I feel I have not been guided properly with insurance and RCT was an emergency. Cleaning was not. This was my first dental clinic after I moved to Canada and it was awful. People are nice warm and welcoming but don't tell you the actual cost before hand. It was the doctor who said tell her the cost after cleaning. Otherwise the receptionist (Navroop)completly didn't tell me about it at first hand. She was saying it is 100% covered Then other receptionist I don't know her name, doctor can you do one tooth for RCT. I mean I felt not cared properly. I wouldn't reccomend Wave dentistry to any one who is in tooth pain. Like I went there because I was in pain and what I got is more pain.
