They took the time to walk me through each step of the process, answering all my questions with patience and care. Smiles has been SUCH a great experience! From the quick and easy scan of my teeth to the preview of what my teeth could look like after treatment to picking up my aligners, everything was SO smooth. The environment in the office is warm and friendly, which is important when you're about to let someone look inside your mouth - like a little psychological hug for those of us who are embarrassed about our teeth! Every part of the experience was explained in detail before we proceeded with anything - this was very appreciated. I think many of us like to know what's happening and not simply feel like we're being passed around like a hot potato throughout our dental/orthodontic appointments, but this is often the case - not at Smiles! There is so much humanity in their treatment process and it makes you feel seen, heard, and appreciated as a patient. I am so thrilled to have started my Invisalign journey with Smiles Orthodontics and glad I didn't choose a different provider. I really feel like I can trust the process for the next year knowing I'm in great hands.
