I highly recommend the care and service in here, specially from Jocelyn, Reza and Riju. I didn't see any thing but professionalism, care, and accuracy. Keep up with the good work Smiles orthodontics. And for readers: Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else. It is worth to pay a bit more but get excellent results.
I came to Smiles to do the orthodontic part of my jaw surgery to fix my open bite and am now done and can confidently say it was a great decision! They worked well with my surgeon as well and now my smile is totally fixed. Everyone is always super friendly as well and it’s easy to get an appointment.
This place deserves 6 stars out of 5 because EVERY aspect of my journey with them was great. First of all, Riju was amazing with really taking the time to explain all the details from the medical stand point as well as financial. Riju was also able to work my my insurance provider who was tricky to work with in the past. Next, this place is a Blue Diamond provider, which is the best tier for Invisalign providers, so they have a ton of experience. Despite that, they also have been the most price competitive amongst 5 places I compare. The coolest part is that they also include the re-scans for free - how awesome is that? The stuff is great, the receptionists are friendly, and it's easy to book a follow up. I have OCD and I do a lot of research before committing to a place and Smiles Ortho was a winner in every category - very recommended.
