My son's wire came out of the bracket, the office got us in that afternoon, took us right back and replaced the wire. Staff is always smiling and willing to answer our questions.
We absolutely LOVE Short Orthodontics! They are the most sweet, fun, caring practice anyone could ask for. They have made my son so comfortable and communicated so well with him regarding his expander. We just had it removed and he cant wait to go back to see Dr. Short and Dr. Sarah again! Best of the best:) Cannot recommend enough!
The staff is very helpful and makes the experience a pleasure.
