I cannot say enough wonderful things about Relax and Smile! I am genuinely terrified of the dentist, and somehow they made a deep cleaning a fantastic experience! Kaylee is hands down the BEST hygienist I have ever had. So gentle, patient, thorough, and incredibly kind. The dentist and entire staff were equally wonderful, with exceptional bedside manner that immediately put me at ease.
The office is immaculate, the technology is incredibly advanced, and best of all, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase unnecessary treatments or products. Just honest, professional, compassionate care. I never thought I would rave about a dental visit, but here we are! Highly, highly recommend!
Love this dental clinic. Very professional, very modern equipment, they’ve really got the system down pat, so you don’t feel rushed if you have questions but you’re not sitting around waiting for the team. Everyone is great, they remember your name, cool 3D imaging software, they offer you a lot of options for treating dental issues. Dr Santos is super cool and knowledgeable. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.
I just moved to Miami and I was in need of a new dentist and the reviews on Relax and Smile were great so I decided to check it out and it was everything you could hope for.
The entire team is very kind and knowledgeable. They used advanced equipment so set up a baseline for me. And Kaylee who did my cleaning really took care of me and made sure my teeth were clean and without the usual discomfort that comes from going to the dentist.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the metro Miami area.
My first visit was a great one - I wish I could remember everyone’s names as each person was genuinely so kind and helpful. I saw reviews where people felt pressured into “sales tactics” but that was not the case for me. Zero pressure or attempts. I do know that Karen, me dental hygienist, did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth.
This office is probably the most beautiful and thorough office I have ever been to and my Cleaning was excellent! Im in the dental field and absolutely approve. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!!
