Honey was EXCEPTIONAL. Very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt no pain at all and was absolutely comfortable during the whole visit. They even provided a weighted blanket! Will totally be coming back. Do yourself and your mouth a favour and come to this clinic :)

I was a patient at King Queen Dental for over 15 years, and I feel it is important to share my experience so others can make their own informed decisions.

During my time there, I expected continuity of care, respect, and acknowledgment of my history as a long-term patient. Unfortunately, what I encountered instead was dismissal, lack of communication, and treatment that left me feeling devalued.

One of the most concerning issues was the refusal to transfer my dental records and x-rays to my new dentist. Patients have the right to their records, and transferring them is standard practice. In my case, I was explicitly told not to call anymore and not allowed back, which meant I was blocked from even making a formal request. This left my x-rays and information sitting at their office, inaccessible to me, and disrupted my ability to continue care elsewhere.

Beyond the records issue, the way I was spoken to and treated was deeply disappointing. I was addressed in a way that felt patronizing — more like a child than an adult who had entrusted them with my care for over a decade. At one point, I was told I was not allowed back and instructed not to contact them again. This was not only unprofessional, but it also showed a lack of basic respect for my dignity and my needs as a patient.

What makes this harder is that my concerns were never truly listened to. I had ongoing issues that I wanted addressed, and if the staff had taken the time to hear me out and respond with care, the situation would never have escalated. Instead, my feelings — both emotional and mental — were disregarded. After so many years of loyalty, I expected better.

Because I was blocked from making a request directly, I have had to look at other ways to assert my rights — such as sending a written request by registered mail or asking my new dentist to request the records on my behalf. Patients should never be put in a position where they have to fight for access to their own records.

I believe patients deserve to be treated with fairness, respect, and genuine support. Dental care is not just about procedures; it’s about trust, communication, and compassion. When those are missing, the relationship breaks down.

My experience at King Queen Dental left me feeling excluded and dismissed, and I want others to be aware of how I was treated. Everyone should decide for themselves, but I hope this review helps others understand the importance of being respected and heard in any healthcare setting.

Was with Dr Bohem-lee for over 15 years. Was moved when business sold. Was given a bunch of costly services that were not needed. My molar was broken during a wisdom tooth extraction. The dentist said woops!!!, i can fix that later. Denied the error, then moved to another dentist. Now I have more damage to a good number of my teeth because they filed them down quoting wear and tear. I'll never return.
