Dr. Milan and his amazing staff have made a tremendous impact on our family’s dental health. I actually look forward to my appointments! From dental issues, Invisalign, braces, wisdom teeth extractions, to routine cleanings, his ability to make us feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for is truly off the charts.
His team is just as wonderful—Mori, Natalie, Nicole, Maria, Roxanne, and the rest of the support staff have completely changed the way I feel about doctor appointments. They are professional, sincere, funny, and always so accommodating.

The dentist and his assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful and they don’t sugarcoat what is important and critical of your reason of visit. They go above and beyond to do really top notch cleaning and services that can definitely benefit your dental health and hygiene.
Dr Millan & his staff are incredibly professional! I only wished I had met these amazing folks 10 yrs ago bcause the previous so called dentist I suffered with ruined my teeth. Dr Millan is a true professional, humble and caring person. His staff are just as incredible as Dr Millan. Amazing team! Thank you for all you do!

At Premier Dental Solutions, we welcome patients from Miami, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale and Homestead, Florida. We specialize in creating beautiful smiles that will last for a lifetime! We see children as young as age two and have become a family tradition for many patients, who return year after year because they are so comfortable with our dentist, Dr. Doralio S. Millan. Our team speaks English and Spanish in order to meet the needs of our community, and our patients enjoy everything from our monthly and holiday contests to the convenience of our same-day dental work.

Originally from Elizabeth, NJ, Dr. Millan attended NYU College of Dentistry and completed a residency at St. Barbara’s Hospital. He received the President’s Service Award for Leadership at NYU College of Dentistry and was inducted into St. Patrick’s High School’s Hall of Fame. Dr. Millan opened Premier Dental Solutions and enjoys developing long-term relationships with our patients and team. He provides our patients with the latest in modern dental technology and offers exceptional care to each person who walks through our doors.
When Dr. Millan is enjoying his spare time, you can find him riding his Harley Davidson and collecting antique cars. He enjoys being a CEREC trainer and mentor to other dentists and furthering his education.
