Dr. Pollack and his staff are enthusiastic and friendly. They all consistently display a willingness to overcome any issue in an unfathomably quick and accommodating fashion. The practice has a service first model that is rarely seen in today's business world.
I had an outstanding experience with the office during my Invisalign procedure, where Doctor frequently bent over backwards to deal with the many changes that my teeth presented.

I have never met a nicer dentist than Dr. Pollack! He is always so kind and you can tell that even his employees love working for him. He never asks for anything without saying please and thank you. Dr. Pollack has helped me so much and never complains when there's a problem. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He deserves all 5 stars :)
