Dr. Pollack and his staff are enthusiastic and friendly. They all consistently display a willingness to overcome any issue in an unfathomably quick and accommodating fashion. The practice has a service first model that is rarely seen in today's business world.
I had an outstanding experience with the office during my Invisalign procedure, where Doctor frequently bent over backwards to deal with the many changes that my teeth presented.

I have been going to pollack orthodontics since 1996 when I needed adult braces. Dr Pollack performed a miracle when he not only straightened my teeth but he also alleviated a very painful TMJ problem which prevented me from opening my mouth. I have been going back annually and being checked for my retainers. He and Marcy have always welcomed me and been absolutely phenomenal with any dental issues I have had. I love Dr Pollack and Marcy and definitely recommend his office for any orthodontic care.
