I’m 65 and have been to many dentists. Never before have I had such a thorough first visit .
The staff at Northside is 5 star all the way!
Dr Duckles took the time to get to know me, go over my health history and look at all my X-rays with me. I had a cleaning that same day and there’s no better hygienist anywhere!!
I've never been to a dentist that was as thorough as Dr. McRory was to present to my as a person and his assistant Rachel is the best I've had. I'm 71 and I want to keep my teeth forever. No hype, only conservative practical attention to my needs. Very refreshing.
From the front desk team to my hygienist Mickey to Dr. Duckles and her assistant Rachael, this office is truly something special. I never thought I’d say this, but I genuinely look forward to going to the dentist.
They somehow manage to make every appointment feel calm, collaborative, and surprisingly fun. I always feel heard and never rushed. They clearly explain my treatment plan and thoughtfully consider my benefits, my budget, and my long-term oral health. It feels like they’re on my team, not just checking boxes.
Dr. Duckles and Rachael complement each other beautifully. You can tell they love what they do, and their dynamic makes the whole experience feel seamless. They also always make me laugh, which feels like a rare and magical talent in a dental chair.
Mickey makes cleanings feel easy and relaxed, and the front desk staff sets the tone the moment you walk in.
I have never felt so cared for or genuinely seen at a dental office. Five stars isn’t enough. I’d give more if I could.
