I’m so glad we found Dr. Wu at North Toronto Dental Centre.
I recently needed work done on a few molars, including one that’s been quite sensitive with what I understand to be periodontal ligament pain. Having seen what feels like more dentists over the years than Baskin-Robbins has flavours of ice cream, my ambivalence melted away the moment I met Dr. Wu. She was exactly the kind of tooth fairy I had been searching for: incredibly patient, gentle, and highly professional. She worked carefully and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, while fitting my bite with ease.
From the moment I sat down, I felt I was in the best hands. She and her assistant were attentive, kind, and wonderfully reassuring. When my neck started to feel sore, she carefully slipped a pillow under my head and suddenly everything felt almost anti-gravitic — less like a dental chair and more like settling into a first-class flight to Hawaii.
I’m truly grateful — it honestly feels a bit like I won the lottery finding her. My whole family now sees Dr. Wu, and we all share that same appreciation for how caring, professional, and gentle she is.
A lovely personality — and equally as skilled.
      Highly recommend.
PS. — I’d also like to mention that the entire team at the clinic have been wonderful — Dr. Penuvchev, is exceptional as well. It really speaks to how caring and professional this office is from top to bottom.
