From the beginning to the end, the Mobility Zone provided exceptional service. I suffered injuries to my MCL and meniscus, leaving me in need of a scooter urgently. Despite hitting dead ends with other companies, I finally reached Gabriel of Mobility Zone, who promptly arranged for a brand new scooter to be delivered swiftly. The entire process was handled with professionalism, with thorough explanations of all the scooter's functions and features, along with some helpful tips. If you require a rental or purchase, do not waste your time with other companies. This is the place to go. The staff was incredibly accommodating, pleasant, and professional. Gabriel was outstanding and a remarkable asset to the company. Overall, a perfect 10 out of 10 experience. Thanks again. Great work!!!!!
Great experience renting from this location in Hollywood. Spoke with Gabriel a wonderful gentleman who set up the rental with me over the phone He gets a 10 for customer service. The cost of the scooters I rented were very reasonable they were clean and comfortable to our liking. When picking up Gabriel gave a one on one on how to disassemble and assemble the scooters which was so helpful.. Definitely will be renting from this company again and again...
We were in from out of state leaving on a cruise the next day and we didnt have our scooter key!!! Gabriel handled our panic situation very well, held a rental scooter just in case and recommened a place for replacement keys! We got keys and saved a couple hundred on a rental! Gabriel's customer service was over and beyond!!
