well thank you so far my appointments have been going good there are times it doesn't take 15 to 20 minutes to get my adjustment done the doctor Kenna he is funny got really exciting seeing progress I didn't see anything just an open gap eh but that is progress i didn't understand how hard teeth had to move at a certain age until now pain level there isn't any until after an hour later or so i feel the tightness but i can still manage my day i am so happy the billing department has patience with me you know one moment your card doesn't work for some reason they call you up leave a message and give you time to take either another card or for the payment to go thru and everyone is friendly they try to do as quickly as possible thing have patience in me picking colors also in being a bit late since i don't work far away but i also don't have a lot of time off from time they are super sweet and carrying with kids if any parent wanted to start to look into any dental care for their babies i would recommend this office they have other locations with different schedules they will work with you i do appreciate everything they are doing i do hope my end results go splendid :)
Doctor McKenna and doctor Lashgari are excellent orthodontics, and help you feel comfortable, relaxed, and welcomed in their office. We recommend them to anyone who needs orthodontic work.

McKenna Othodontics is very friendly and inviting from the moment you walk in. The consultation appointment was informative and the process was thoroughly explained. The office staff are kind and helpful. Jenn and Diane are awesome! Dr. McKenna and Dr. Lashgari are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and have a great sense of humor. On one occasion, Dr. Lashgari stopped by the Torrington office (he was working at another location that day)on his way home to fix a bracket that had come off as we were leaving the next day for vacation. Talk about customer service and going above and beyond for their patients!! My daughter is so pleased with the results we have seen thus far and can't wait to see the end result!!
We have been so impressed with McKenna Orthodontics. They were recommended by our family dentist to address my 8-year-old's front tooth, which was sticking out and posing a risk of breaking during sports. The doctors and nurses are all fantastic with children. They always take the time to explain everything they're doing and why so that my daughter understands and can really be involved in the process. They also have payment plans that make the corrections affordable. This daughter will be done with her braces (first round, at least) shortly, but we'll be back in a year or two for her sister!

My daughter and I both go for Invisalign and we have been incredibly happy with our results,the staff, process and Dr. McKenna is wonderful-informative, knowledgeable and funny :) Appointment making is easy, flexible with multiple locations and we are always in and out in a jiffy! I have 3 other children that will more than likely need orthodontic care and we wouldn't go anywhere else!
