I had throbbing pain on my big molar for 2 days and my own dentist office is closed for vacation until May 11th. The pain became unbearable on Wed morning and I researched online to see if I should go to emergency...I came across a few dental clinic provide emergency care but it's so hard to make a decision even I read all the reviews. Markham Dental was able to give me an appointment on the same day. After 3 hours in the clinic, I received the best care from the entire team. Jeanne at the front desk who responded to my voice message and able to give me the appointment immediately, Dr Yoon and Kien, the hygienist gave me their full attention throughout the assessment and treatment. They answered all my concerns patiently after the initial assessment. Dr Yoon saw a long fractured line on my molar if untreated, it may split my molar in half soon, the pain is already unbearable....I have no cavity or infection from a full dental checkup at my own dentist clinic in March. I was well informed for proposed procedures and treatment plan and fees structure. The team is very professional, the clinic and their system is very organized and the facility and equipments are modern and very clean. Dr Yoon was able to perform the procedure immediately, making sure I feel comfortable every step throughout my visit. The pain has reduced significantly after one day
I still have to take painkiller but longer apart and less intense. Jeanne called this morning on behalf of Dr Yoon to check on my progress. I will return in a week for the next procedure. Thank you for the professional and caring team at Markham Dental. I highly recommend this clinic for your dental care.

New updates after May
I returned in Jun to have my cracked tooth removed after Dr Yoon tried his best to save it for me. The extraction was done by Dr Rubinoff who answered all my questions and concerns before the procedures. The team makes me feel comfortable every time. The equipments and facility are super clean and modern. I was nervous but yhe surgery was quick and painless. I didn't take pain prescription after I got home. It healed fast and I hardly feel pain. Thank you Dr Rubinoff, glad you are the one to remove my first adult tooth lol not sure if i am the first senior never have cavity and bad tooth.

I returned in Oct to do my first cleaning and decided to update my experience with my Jun visit. I had a great experience with Amy who took her time to do a thorough cleaning with minimum discomfort, no bleeding after I brushed my teeth at night even she warned me of some discomfort. Dr Yoon gave me a brief review about my teeth examination at the end. The staffs at the front desk were helpful when I requested summary of my account statement and CDCP breakdown before I made my next appointment.

My overall experience at this clinic so far has been positive from clean and modern facility, good location with easy parking, dental care to customer service which are all the reasons I decided to come back lhere leaving my own dentist of over 15 years.

I was experiencing a shooting pain on the left side of my mouth on Monday, tried to ignore it thinking it would go away with some rest. I was sadly mistaken. Friday came, called the office at 10am on a Friday for an emergency appointment, reception squeezed me in last minute at 5:45PM. Raced there after work because if you know anything about teeth pain, it is no joke. Dr. Yoon worked some magic and by next morning I was pain-free! They have never let me down!

WEIPING TONG

There are at least four dental clinics around my home. Why should I drive for an hour to see Dr. YOON? First of all, coming here gives one a sense of home. Everyone is warm-hearted and treats patients with the same enthusiasm and sincerity as family members. Secondly, the technology is excellent. I recently had crown treatment on teeth 26 and 37. With the help of Dr. YOON, the crowns were precisely aligned and the entire operation was comfortable. To ensure the quality of dental crown alignment, DR YOON repeatedly conducted X-ray examinations until he was satisfied. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Yoon, Keul ，Amy and Amily Ding for their outstanding work. I will continue to enjoy the comfortable experience they have brought me.
