Markham Dental – General and Cosmetic Dentistry

I had throbbing pain on my big molar for 2 days and my own dentist office is closed for vacation until May 11th. The pain became unbearable on Wed morning and I researched online to see if I should go to emergency...I came across a few dental clinic provide emergency care but it's so hard to make a decision even I read all the reviews. Markham Dental was able to give me an appointment on the same day. After 3 hours in the clinic, I received the best care from the entire team. Jeanne at the front desk who responded to my voice message and able to give me the appointment immediately, Dr Yoon and Kien, the hygienist gave me their full attention throughout the assessment and treatment. They answered all my concerns patiently after the initial assessment. Dr Yoon saw a long fractured line on my molar if untreated, it may split my molar in half soon, the pain is already unbearable....I have no cavity or infection from a full dental checkup at my own dentist clinic in March. I was well informed for proposed procedures and treatment plan and fees structure. The team is very professional, the clinic and their system is very organized and the facility and equipments are modern and very clean. Dr Yoon was able to perform the procedure immediately, making sure I feel comfortable every step throughout my visit. The pain has reduced significantly after one day
I still have to take painkiller but longer apart and less intense. Jeanne called this morning on behalf of Dr Yoon to check on my progress. I will return in a week for the next procedure. Thank you for the professional and caring team at Markham Dental. I highly recommend this clinic for your dental care.
