I had a bad experience at my PREVIOUS dentist and I know choosing the right dentist is difficult. I stopped going altogether for several years. I always knew that I had to see a dentist at some point but I took my time in choosing my next dentist. I researched on the web and ultimately narrowed my search to Larry Erwich because primarily word of mouth:). Who likes going to the dentist? I never did but going to Larry Erwich changed my entire experience. Larry Erwich is always positive, informational and more importantly a VERY GOOD dentist. You can’t go wrong. This is my honest opinion. I hope you find it valuable in your search for a good quality dentist.
I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Celliers today! She did a filling for my 7 year old son. We normally see another dentist and my son had a less than positive experience with his first filling causing him a lot of anxiety before his appointment today. We decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Celliers and I am beyond happy that I did!! Dr. Celliers calm and caring demeanor really shined through. She took the time to explain all the instruments to my son which really eased his mind. Dr. Celliers and Doreen really were so sweet, kind and patient with my son! This whole office is so friendly and professional, that we won't be going back to our previous dentist and will continue to see Dr. Celliers and Dr. Erwich for our dental needs!!!
I came into see Dr. Erwich and Dr. Celliers in severe pain and all I can say is wow! What a wonderful experience. Both Doctors are so knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got me out of pain quickly. You can tell that they really care about their patients, office, and staff. I cannot recommend this office enough! Great Doctors, awesome staff, and a very comfortable relaxing environment. Highly recommended!
I recently retired from my dental practice in New Haven where I practiced general and Implant dentistry for 42 years. After retirement with all 3 kids out on their own FINALLY! we sold our house in Cheshire and moved into a condo in the far northwest corner of Cheshire near Waterbury....quite a bit further from New Haven.
I decided to call my dear friend and fellow dentist Dr. Larry Erwich to begin providing dental care for me and my wife. I knew that he had an office in Cheshire for many years...and not far from me.
My first visit to Larry's office was amazing! I saw the hygienist who took x-rays, scaling, prophy, and preliminary exam. She thought that I needed 2 very old fillings replaced but wanted to confirm with Dr. Erwich. Larry agreed with her and I scheduled an appointment to have the work performed.
Everyone in the office seemed totally dedicated to making my first visit completely comfortable. The equipment was up to date and the office was immaculately clean. I am 100% comfortable in giving Dr. Erwich's office my very highest endorsement. Suzanne and I were thrilled to have found our new dental home. If anyone is indeed looking for a new dental home, I can promise you (from a former dentist!) that you will NOT be disappointed.
