Dr. Teramoto and his staff are THE MOST wonderful dentists I have ever visited. I had several, horrible dentist experiences as a child and it left me traumatized to this day. I dread going to the dentist and it had been many years since my last cleaning. After hearing about laser density + reading all the wonderful reviews, I choose Dr. Teramoto’s office. I let the staff know of my dental anxiety and they went above and beyond not only to make me comfortable, but to validate my past experiences and treat me with tenderness and care. Tiffany, the dental assistant, chatted with me over the phone prior to the appointment and was so comforting and understanding and made me feel like I wasn’t alone and that many people deal with dental anxiety. Hilda my hygienist was genuinely invested in listening to my anxieties and was so validating. She explained every single step she took during the cleaning and was so gentle. Dr. Teramoto was extremely kind, a great listener, and super gentle. He keeps up with the latest technology and research in the dental industry. Joanna the front desk associate was so sweet and we chatted before the appointment and her heart is so kind. I truly cannot thank everyone enough for their kindness and care. I actually want to go to the dentist now because I have found a wonderful place!
