Updated 10/11/17. This is my honest review as a patient for over 2 years and will address some of the issues others have commented on:
    1. Unhappy with Teeth Progression and Appearance
There have been times where I have been unhappy with the progression of my teeth but Dr. Lach has sat with multiple times and even spent time with me in the chair to find a solution. If you are unhappy or have questions you can have a one and one in which Dr. Lach will sit and talk with you. The best thing to do is to keep in open line of communication with the doctor and staff because it's a team effort.
Some things to keep in mind is that time movement takes time and patience, also you play a part in ensuring your teeth move such as wearing elastics when and how instructed to. In addition, Educate yourself on orthodontic care and when you're selecting an orthodontic office ask them questions about what your particular treatment will entail. Every individual is different and your teeth may not look like your friend's or sisters. He will definitely work with you to help you achieve the best possible smile. Throughout my years being a patient I have received compliments on my smile and how great my teeth look. I have friends who have been here and they all have beautiful smiles. Trust the process and be patient.
    2. Office Response Time
Personally, every time I have called the office, my call has been answered. Now when you call it even informs you how many people are in the "queue" so you have an idea of how long you may wait. Also, Vanessa and Diane have been very helpful in responding to my request especially Vanessa. She kept an open line of communication and followed up with me to update mine on the process.
    3. Revolving Technician
Some have complained about the technicians it is true that techs come and go a lot. Although every tech that I have been assigned has always made me feel comfortable and were competent. Currently, I work with Anna and she is wonderful! She has even worked through lunch to ensure that everything was done during my appointment. Also, she always calls me a couple days and checks on me to see how my treatment is going. If you like to would with one constant person they can assign you a technician that you can see every appointment. In reference to the technician that have left, I cannot comment on that but there are a couple techs that have been there for many years.
    4. Waiting Times and Scheduling of Appointments
I have waited for long periods of time before but this does not happen every appointment. For example, I had an appointment yesterday and I only waited 5 minutes. When you're waiting in the chair you can see that the doctor is helping other patients either in the consultation room meeting with a patient or doing a one on one. It's not like he just avoiding his patients he's tied up helping other people. I can understand how it can be frustrated especially when you have to go to work or school after the appointment, so I try to always get early appt times because most patients want to be seen in the afternoon.
The staff splits their time the Lake Nona office and the Oviedo office so that can be challenging for individuals who do not have a flexible schedule but they do their best to accommodate you. For example, there are now only open one Saturday a month and I could only be seen on Saturday's but I was always able to get an appointment on Saturday. My schedule aligns with the days that they work at the Oviedo office so this doesn't affect me as much. I would encourage you to ask about the office hours and days to see if it is compatible with yours.
It is your right as a patient to see other orthodontics because all doctors have a different way of doing things. When selecting an orthodontic do your research, take your time, and consider all your options because you may be seeing this person for over two years. I would recommend that you consider them as well and meet with Dr. Lach.

Edit: After having a 1 on 1 session with Dr. Lach I feel much more comfortable with my treatment and am moving forward. I still recommend that people do consultations at more places (but include this one!), just to see where you think you'll like the best as you likely are spending a lot of money on treatment.
