I was a patient of Dr. Chanpong's for 30+ years and since transitioning to Kits Family Dental, I've been so impressed by the level of care, professionalism and personal attention from the staff. Dr. Iwagami is an outstanding dentist who is very knowledgable, up to date and has always been clear with treatment plans and offers various options. The support staff are personable, engaging, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with! I live on the North Shore and I drive all the way to their office in Kits because of the tremendous care they provide.
Easily the best in town. Robin is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Sakura is equally fantastic — attentive, gentle, and detail-oriented, with such a calm and reassuring presence. Their assistants and technicians are all wonderfully friendly and great too! They are an absolute dream team.

I've been going there for several years now and the kind courteous experience from reception, the doctors , and hygienists has never faltered. Its always been positive and friendly. The staff are genuinely curious if/ when I bring up topics about my life in general - not just my dental needs. I mention this, simply to convey the friendly atmosphere. Sandra the hygienist has worked tirelessly to help me reverse my gum challenges, and I am realizing very steady progress. Both Dr. Mak and Dr. Iwagami have been quite knowledgeable and professional in their various procedures over the years. I have nothing but praises and affirmations to articulate in their regard [and to the entire staff in general].

Our family has been a client of Kits Family Dental for several years, with many good experiences, including a kid that willingly and happily goes for their cleanings, follows care instructions and is cavity free thanks to it.
I personally had a GREAT experience going through a root canal. They were mindful for various years to keep an eye on a 20 yr. old crown, advising me to keep it in place for as long as it was still useful, and when the time came to replace it, the procedure was pain free, easy healing process, and I came out with what I only can describe as crown that I am in love with. Perfect fit. As with my own teeth, I don't feel it, it's easy to clean, and all done through an experience that couldn't be further away from your traditional runaway-from-it idea of a root canal.
Highly recommend this team, every single one of them in their own function are knowledgeable, caring, and lovely to talk to.
