Been a patient with Kerrisdale Dental Center for 3x decades. I saw Amelia today, she has been my dental hygienist for quite some time now & she's the absolute Best! Patient, kind, gentle, explains the procedure & process--she is a gem. Getting to know Amelia over all these numerous dental visits over the years, she truly cares about her patients. She is a gift to the world! If you are hesitant about giving Kerrisdale Dental Center a try, please take my advice--book your appointment!
The clinic is clean, Dr T. & Amelia are knowledgeable & pure gold. Sharon at the reception area is very helpful & full of warm smiles. There was a new receptionist today who was very lovely as well! AC

Amelia is such a fantastic dental hygienist -she also has a heart of gold & truly cares about her dental patients above & beyond. I have been going to Kerrisdale Dental Centre for 20 yrs! All the hygienists (Elaine, Sharon) are so friendly, kind, caring & patient with their patients! Elaine has been my main hygienist for 20 years & I can't say enough good things about her! Dr. Tejani is friendly, personable, approachable & such an outstanding dentist!! The clinic is always clean & welcoming with the latest technologies. I am also very pleased with the "laser" technology as ever since I have received these "laser" treatments, my previously swollen, bleeding, sensitive gums are eliminated! I receive text reminders of my appointments which I find very useful as well! Convenient location with street parking in front or parking on side streets or 41st bus. Highly recommend!!!!!

Amelia, my dental hygienist, is an absolute GEM! She's so skilled in her practice, making the whole cleaning and treatment process-- smooth & seamless everytime! She's also patient, kind and cares deeply about her patients beyond the dental world.

Dentist / Speaks English
Dr. Abbas Tejani graduated from the University of Bristol and has been in practice since 1984. He moved from England to Vancouver in 1999, passing the Canadian National Board Exams at the highest level and becoming a Kerrisdale Dental Centre team member in 2000. Dr. Tejani is accredited with working with several experts in Europe and North America in the fields of aesthetic and restorative dentistry, and bioesthetics. His thirst to learn and continues to expand his knowledge and expertise through participation in study clubs and hands on courses. Dr. Tejani has a very caring and gentle manner and is committed to a holistic approach, placing an emphasis on your overall health.
Dr. Omar Kassam, BDS (Lond) LDS, RCS
Dr. Omar Kassam graduated from the University of London in 1977 and has been in practice ever since. In 1987, he was a Clinical Instructor for final year students in the Department of Prosthodontics at the University of British Columbia. In 1998, Dr. Kassam became a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry and by 2008 he earned his Masters Degree in Laser Dentistry and became a recognized course provider of this specialized field of dentistry.
Dr. Kassam lectures internationally on laser dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and practice management. His passion for the art of dentistry has been fuelled by his never-ending pursuit for excellence in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Kassam is a proud member of both the Canadian and BC Dental Associations, BC College of Oral Health Professionals (formerly the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Society of Oral Laser Applications and the British Dental Association.
