I used to see Kate for the best massages (until I moved further away) and they were one of the best experiences I've ever had. Kate is incredibly skilled, attentive, and listened to all my concerns to tailor the massage to my specific needs. I always left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free. Highly recommended!
Paige is a diligent and thoughtful practitioner. I’d tried other physios before, but they weren’t very effective in relieving certain tensions, except for needle treatments, which I’m a bit scared of... I found Paige because her office is close to my work, and she immediately found a solution for my neck pain. She worked carefully on the points around my neck and shoulders with her fingers, where it was so tight, and for those 30 minutes, it was pure relief! I’ve recommended her to my coworker and my husband, and they’re just as satisfied. She’s truly outstanding!
Excellent clinic. Johnny fixed my shoulder impingement problem within two visits, and my knee tendonitis in one visit. His treatment plus the exercises he recommended have solved problems that has annoyed me for many months. Now I can get back to all of my sports!
My partner and I have collectively been to about 10 different physiotherapists over our lifetimes and we both agree that Johnny is the best. He takes the time to explain the anatomy and mechanisms behind your injury and the WHY behind each exercise he prescribes. As a healthcare professional I really appreciate it when I see fellow healthcare professionals that care about educating their patients. Somehow the appointments don't even feel rushed, despite all of the information you get out of each visit. 10/10 would recommend Johnny to all of my friends.

I've been seeing Johnny for years at his previous location, and was so thrilled to reconnect with him at his new location. He is amazing at diagnosing and explaining my issues, and also works very well with my 3 sons. Highly recommend Johnny. He keeps it practical and real! The Arbutus Club will definitely miss Johnny's expertise and service.

I was hit by a truck while cycling, and JY Physiotherapy provided me with treatment and a recovery plan. The treatment I've received has been exceptional, and I was even able to make steady progress in my rehab through telehealth during the COVID-19 lock down. Only five months after my accident and I'm almost back to normal activity levels. Really excellent service and a great clinic environment. Highly recommend.
