I highly recommend Johnny as a physiotherapist. He is super knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find relief in my shoulder. He knew exactly what my issue was and also gave me really great exercises to do at home. I will definitely be continuing my treatment with him.
I’ve been seeing Kate for massage for the last few years and she’s fantastic. I always leave feeling lighter, looser and more grounded. She’s attentive, caring and highly skilled. She works my traps like no other. I highly recommend.

Paige is a diligent and thoughtful practitioner. I’d tried other physios before, but they weren’t very effective in relieving certain tensions, except for needle treatments, which I’m a bit scared of... I found Paige because her office is close to my work, and she immediately found a solution for my neck pain. She worked carefully on the points around my neck and shoulders with her fingers, where it was so tight, and for those 30 minutes, it was pure relief! I’ve recommended her to my coworker and my husband, and they’re just as satisfied. She’s truly outstanding!
