Amazing professionalism and skill. At 61 I have had many dentists, but Dr. Veronika Koleganova provided the best, most professional, most skilled and virtually pain-free dental experience ever. She was focused and skilled and did everything possible to minimize pain and reduce my anxiety (my anxiety that day and the reason for it is described below) . It was such a clean procedure that I had no significant pain, although pain was not my primary concern at this appointment.
The dental procedure mentioned was just a few days ago to perform a tooth extraction and Dr. Koleganova was the doctor assigned. I was extraordinarily nervous for the first time ever at a dentist appointment, I usually am relatively calm, but in this case I was sweating bullets because the tooth sat beside expensive bridgework that would cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $4000 to replace If it was damaged, which of course only escalated my anxiety. Once the doctor entered the room she proceeded in a focused and sensitive way knowing I was concerned. The procedure itself was pain-free except of course the tiny jabs needed to put the freezing in . She ended up doing what's called sectioning and was finished relatively quickly, and her assistants were professional and friendly as well.
To summarize I strongly recommend Jubilee Dental including Dr Koleganova, whom I regard as the best I have encountered in my 61 years on this earth.
Nicest, most likeable people and gentlest
The staff was very friendly and kind They put me at ease right away. The lady who did my x-rays was very patient and nice as well as the dentist and her assistant. They checked the tooth that was bothering me and said they could do the filling right away, so I have it over with now and done.
I didn't feel any pain while getting my fillings and was very happy with their new method. The dentist didn't use the rubber dam and clamp that always made me panicky and hurt my teeth. It was some kind of silicone bite block that just fit in my mouth so it made the procedure much more bearable. Thank you so much to everyone at Jubilee Dental clinic. I'll be back for the rest of my dental work and cleaning.
