I’m very disappointed with the treatment my daughter received. Her braces were removed earlier than expected, and the correction was not properly completed. I raised concerns multiple times, but was always told the retainer would fix the issue—unfortunately, it didn’t.
Despite voicing my concerns, no one from the clinic followed up with me directly. I never received a call or any acknowledgment. As a result, my daughter’s smile has been affected, and so has her confidence.
This experience has been very frustrating and disheartening. I expected better care, attention, and communication from a professional orthodontic office.
