Their kind, negotiable, and a great company to work with. Everything was clean, and the staff was super nice. Great experience. Cant wait to get my braces!

    For San Mateo location. Their staff didn’t let me sit and wait inside even they had most chairs available. It was one person only in the room! When I asked again saying that it’s cold outside she was like ooooook you can sit here. Second: My retainers arrived but they didn’t fit me. So I explained that my upper tray is too lose and my bottom one is so tied that I can’t even wear them. He pushed the bottom one that it hurt me and then couldn’t take it out. And for the upper one he said it’s OK if they lose a bit. After I resisted to keep them he was like ooooooook we can make you a new set. Their service is absolutely awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
