Nancy did a great job with my x-rays. She was very gentle. She also made sure I was comfortable and she was also very nice and asked me about my day I loved the service she provided 🙂👍🏽

    I am extremely disappointed with the service at this orthodontic clinic. The double standard regarding appointments is unacceptable. They charge a $75 fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, yet they cancel appointments without proper notification themselves.

    Recently, I arrived for my son's scheduled appointment only to be told at reception that the doctor couldn't see us and that they had supposedly called me. No one had contacted me at all. This wasted my time and transportation costs with no apology or compensation.
    The reception staff is rude and unprofessional when confronted about these issues. There's a complete lack of respect for patients' time and schedules. I would give zero stars if possible.
    The quality of medical care becomes irrelevant when the service and administration are this poor. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for orthodontic treatment.

    The service it’s horrible take forever an better you do your appointment in person otherwise you be waist your time and be need to reschedule you appointment I never back at this place again

    Staff very incompetent people. Got invisalign in 2017 and gave me a lifetime retainer replacement. Now they're saying I dont have that program.I don't recommend that place, if anything go to Mt pleasant dental. They will take care of you there.

    How many times do I gotta confirm my appointment?! I had originally made an appointment online and the process was easy. An automatic message was sent to me the next day to confirm appointment and I confirmed. The day before the appointment it sent me another message to confirm, but I had been busy all day. A few hours I get another message stating that my appointment was cancelled and to call the office. I call the office and the person that answered the phone was being so rude from the begining. She stated that they didnt even have an appointment for me on their system and that even if I was to make an appointment it would take 2 months for me to be seen by them. She said for me to email the referal and that they will get back in one week. Why would i not be able to make an appointment with them by phone? Why whould it take a week? Also, is there online system to make appointments not relieable? I even offered to go in person to make my appointment and she said it doesnt make a difference. So, I guess they not accepting new patients.
