    Feels like a high volume clinic, a conveyor belt of people without thought gone into how best to manage the increased client load.
    The last few times I've been there I've been waiting a long time, it was 40 mins today before I left. They were operating a "skeleton staff". When I asked to reschedule they tried to convince me to stay, when actually letting me reschedule would've alleviated their load for that day & helped other clients. It seems like they're doing whatever they can to squeeze as many clients into the day as possible to the detriment of the client and likely staff.

    I was left with the same tray for 8 weeks at one time because they hadn't considered lead times for new trays & the amount of trays I was given.

    Invisalign treatment seems to have worked, but it does feels like the heavy lifting is being done by invisalign themselves.

    Staff are nice enough.

    All that to say, you should look elsewhere for treatment.

    Took long to fix with Invisalign better to go with braces mine is not fully satisfactory here different doctor different ideas so result will take long

    Shady business practice. Sign & contract with the business, counter signed by a witness at their office. After the fact, months later they try to add an additional fee for the payment method utilized.
