Hudson Place Dental was warm, welcoming, and the best dental expierience i have had in a long time. After searching around with many terrible experiences i was so thankful to find Dr. Lee and Sophie. I have very high dental anxiety and visiting the dentist is stressful. They were calm, made time to listened to me, and never once made me feel bad about my fears. The office is bright and clean no fancy bells and whistles, no upselling or trying to push me out of my comfort zone or into a treatment I didnt want. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Lee and his staff12/10 experience, thank you so much for bringing my trust back to denstist :).
I’m rewriting this review because nobody found it helpful the first time. Since being helpful is the whole point of reviews, bleak fail on my part. I’m also rewriting it because I genuinely value Hudson’s services and want to do a better job explaining why you should consider them. Ahem: 1. Customer Confidence. Dr.Lin and his staff are highly skilled in their respective fields. I’ve never had to worry about bad advice or bad work. You can basically smell high performance efficiency the minute you walk through the door. It’s fabulous. 2. Current. A lot of the dental misery suffered by boomers and gen-xers has either been eliminated or vastly improved by newer technologies. However, Dentists vary wildly in terms of advancement adoption, since staying current requires an ongoing, significant investment of money, time and training. Nevertheless, as clients, technology is our friend. At Hudson, I don’t have to fill my mouth with gross icky foam just to get a tooth impression. They have a scanner for that. It’s incredibly accurate and doesn’t invoke the gag reflex. Personally, I appreciate the opportunity to avoid vomiting whenever possible. 3. Convenient. If you live or work in downtown Victoria, Hudson’s is easy to find, easy to park, easy to book and easy to pay. That’s a shocking amount of easy for any single experience. Hope this helped. QB

Today was my first cleaning and checkup at Hudson dental after looking for a new clinic due to bad experiences at my previous one. Krista was my hygienist and Dr. Cody Lin was my dentist. I almost cried tears of joy in the chair due to how respectful and informative they both were. I felt no shame and they were willing to create a plan that prioritized what needed to be done, all the while being aware and sensitive towards my dwindling benefits. All my questions I had were answered, recommendations were made for me moving forward, and I even got a better understanding on a few dental related things. Thanks so much, I highly recommend Hudson Dental ✨
