I had an urgent need for dental care while visiting family in Framingham. A family member suggested her dentist at Framingham Dental Center. I contacted them on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. They had a very helpful live answering service. The office called me back and gave me the next available appointment. All the staff members were capable, supportive, and friendly. Dr. Raisman was able to explain each procedure, work quickly, and easily get me back to normal. He was also friendly while being very professional. I highly recommend this dental service for dental care.
It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was smiling, happy and helpful. Dr Raisman greeted me with one of several welcoming handshakes. The dental tech was polite and friendly. She was careful doing the x-rays along with the computer pics for an Invisalign night guard. Dr Raisman was very pleasant and upbeat. He explained my options clearly so I could make an educated choice. He said I did a good job maintaining my teeth, he gave pertinent advice when I asked questions, and told me he takes a conservative approach which I like. It was a great day at a new dental office.
