The representative I spoke with on the phone was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the directions and parking instructions, which made my first visit much easier.
Upon arrival, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and very understanding regarding my tardiness. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by the front desk staff.
The dental hygienist was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough during my cleaning. She took the time to explain procedures and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
Dr. Sharp was courteous, welcoming, and attentive. He asked thoughtful questions to help me feel at ease during the examination. He carefully reviewed the 18 images taken of my teeth and performed a comprehensive evaluation, taking the time to explain his findings and recommendations.
The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with up-to-date technology. Most importantly, every staff member I encountered demonstrated excellent customer service, professionalism, and teamwork.
