I have been going to this place for about 8 years and doctor Berta is amazing, same as other specialists. I always had an exceptional care there including cleaning, brackets, x-ray, cavity filling and a crown. Berta always going beyond simple cleaning if she sees other issues- she does it all on same appointment. She is a great professional , warm and personable and every visit is a very pleasant “friends” catch-up. I adore all other staff there- very polite and professional. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

      Yes then yes

If you are looking for a dentist don't come here. However if you are looking for a timeshare opportunity and to invest in somebody else's mistakes then you have found the right location. The main dentist here will spend most of the appointment yapping away about how much money she spent on 20 different machines and showing you random pictures of random other patients that she's had and showing me their personal X-rays and letting me know how much she loves to work on teeth. And I was respectful and just listened to all of it because I have basic manners. But as soon as the talk of money comes onto the table that is when everybody's true face in this dental field seems to shine. You will waste all my time talking about ways that you can get money out of me from your failed investments and expect me to listen, but as soon as I wish to share any of my issues with her she like most people in this field her ego just can't help herself and she will let you know how she "doesn't have an hour" to discuss your issues even if it's just the second thing that you dare to say out of your mouth in her holy presence. At the end of the day I wish the people who work here the best, and if you wish to use this location I also wish you the best. I'm just so tired of people lacking basic human empathy it's a rare thing these days. I guess I'm still in the search for it. (Edit for response below of "Umar, early Dec 2023 you came to me for an hour complimentary consultation and I listened to your complaints about numerous dentists you have seen in the last 5 years and unresolved problems you have and then you went to see another dentist. You changed your mind the second time you sat down for our fist exam when you were told there would be a charge this time") 1. Do you mean that "hour" i had come for my TMJ issue? Most of the time I was there was spent listening to you go on about different machines you owned that had nothing to do with my specific issue I had come for. Yet I didn't say anything that day, and stayed respectful. When you pulled out the forth x-ray in a row of some random person's teeth to show me, despite how it made me feel uncomfortable i didn't tell you that "i dont have an hour to listen to & look at all this stuff that has nothing to do with my TMJ issue" because I feel it's respectful to listen when someone is talking & allow them to express themselves comfortably. That's what I was raised on anyway. I didn't leave because price came up. I left when I saw the true character hidden behind the care, how fast you ran to dismissive language towards me, and I am not dealing with that again from a dentist. 2. My dental issues started last Year. Not 5 years ago. It started last October. Which i made clear when we met. Thank you for listening. 3. All blessing to you and your work and your workers. Take care.

I’ve been here to get my swollen gum treated. I was attended by Dr. Berta Bacic. She was so good at diagnosing the problem. Got rid of the swelling and the got the tooth extracted with very little to no pain.
