I called in for a chipped tooth and was able to walk in the same day. The team was friendly, and the dentist was incredibly helpful in explaining the best treatment options and providing valuable information for future dental care.
As someone without insurance, I really appreciated how transparent and accommodating the office was—they gave me a clear pricing range upfront and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with everything.
Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll be referring my family and will likely return for a cleaning!

My teeth and smile were in poor shape as I have had poor experiences with dentistry. From the moment I met Dr Bacic and her team I felt relaxed and in good hands. She reviewed my options and we got to work. I left the office looking so different- with a smile and confidence. We still have work to do and I am confident and at ease about going back. I’ve never had a dentist I can trust like this. I recommend her highly and l feel so lucky to have found her. Thanks!
I came in with a throbbing tooth with less then a few days before I go on vacation, they did a root canal on the tooth . Dr bacic and her assistant did an amazing job. They kindly pushed another patient back so they could finish what they started and have me ready for my trip. Excellent ,quality service! Thanks guys!
Had a great experience in District Dental. I was referred by friends and I’m glad I did it. Staff are super nice making feel very comfortable. Can’t wait for my second session.

Born in Croatia, Dr. Berta Bacic spent her early school days in Germany before her family moved to Oakville, Ontario in 1973. Dr. Bacic is well versed in Croatian, German and English.
Dr. Bacic graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science degree, continuing her studies at the University of Toronto where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Science.
After successfully building her practice in Burlington, Ontario, Dr. Bacic embarked on launching the Corktown District location. Since 2014, District Dental has become part of a thriving community and is proud to be part of this vibrant neighbourhood.
Dr. Bacic combines current dental techniques with artistry and personal care. She strives to get to know each patient and their individual needs. She welcomes the opportunity to meet new patients and discuss any way the team at District Dental can help achieve their dental goals.
