The Dentist took time to expain work to be done, go over x-rays, lay out options and made recommendations for priorities that were helpful in making decisions. Receptionist's explanation of insurance coverage was clear and understandible. The Dentists, Hygienists and other staff are caring and meticulous. All-in-all a positive experience.
SUBSEQUENT: Hygiene plus one replacement filling and one new one. From the hygienist to the dentist to the reception staff - great friendly service as usual. They are great at explaining what they are doing. This is an office I don't dread going back to.
SUBSEQUENT: A crown that was installed on an implant 3 1/2 years ago snapped off for the second time. I went back to see Dr. Ayoughi the next day. He took my concerns seriously and gave the issue the appropriate attention. He ordered a new crown to be made - at no cost to me even though this was the second time I was in with the same issue on the same implant (he didn't charge me the first time either). When I went back to have the new crown installed, he was not happy with the precision of the fit so, demonstrating his professional conscientiousness, he sent it back to the lab to be redone. While this caused a short delay, I didn't fault him for it as the problem was with the workmanship at the lab. When I came back the second time, the crown fit perfectly and my chewing ability on that side of my mouth was restored. I was thrilled and grateful to Dr. Ayoughi and the staff, all of whom were apologetic, sympathetic and caring regarding my situation. Once again, I would happily recommend Dentist @ False Creek to anyone who is in need of dental care.
I love it here! I've had a few dental offices in my lifetime but no place like this where the Staff, the Dentist and all folks are just so light hearted, kind, patient and accommodating. This Dental Office has helped me truly take better care of my teeth and health. The communication is amazing, I love getting text messages and everything is so convenient. I've had an implant, many fillings, cleanings, crowns and more, and each visit I feel I well taken care of. I appreciate the transparency ad the staff are all so respectful to each other as well, that's something that is very important for me. I've fallen asleep many times in the dental chair as its so relaxing lol. With my positive experiences I've now encourage my family to become patients and my pre-teen is now not afraid of going to the dentist which use to be a struggle at our previous dental office. I must say now my friend sand family have teeth envy of me as I've maintained a healthy mouth and pearly whites. Not only is my teeth healthy but the aesthetic is beautiful thanks to the dentists for repairing old fillings, and replacing low quality crowns. I'm happy to be at an office where all services are provided and I am in good care for my aging teeth as I move into my 50s I can see they have great care and I can expect to maintain a beautiful smile!! Dr. Mozhgan is an absolutely amazing dentist! She made me feel super comfortable with her great sense of humour and positive attitude, and the whole team was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The dentist office is never a very relaxing place, but I was very comfortable the whole time that I was actually close to falling asleep:) I couldn’t recommend them enough!
I’ve been receiving dental care here for 6 years. The staff is excellent. Very kind and efficient. The facilities are very clean and in a convenient location. big bonus points for the private underground parking for customers.

Dentist at False Creek and Implant Dentistry is hands down the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. Dr. Ayoughi is a true expert when it comes to implants completely painless and incredibly professional. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Dass is also amazing with Invisalign very knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and easy. The office is spotless, modern, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the best dental care!
