I had such a wonderful experience at Aarm Dental. I used to be really nervous and scared of going to the dentist, but Dr. Hsu and his team completely changed that for me.
Dr. Hsu is incredibly caring, gentle, and attentive. He truly cares about his patients’ comfort and dental health, and always makes sure you feel okay during treatment. One thing I especially appreciate is that he always asks what movie I’d like to watch during my appointment, because watching something helps distract me and makes the whole experience much easier and more relaxing.😅 Those small thoughtful details really make a difference.
Mina and Mimi are also amazing assistants, so kind, professional, and welcoming. The whole team creates such a comfortable and positive environment.
I honestly never thought I’d feel this comfortable going to the dentist, but now I go in feeling relaxed and happy. Thank you Dr. Hsu and the entire team for the amazing care.

She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. She made the whole cleaning and dental visit feel so comfortable and stress-free. She carefully did everything over two sessions and was very patient throughout the whole process. You can really tell she cares about her patients. Highly recommend her! 😊

I had an appointment with Dr. Anderson today and it was a very good experience. Everything was explained clearly and the whole visit felt smooth and professional.
Mina, the dental assistant, and Aida at the front desk were both truly kind and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Their energy really made a difference.
Since this is the first dental clinic I’m trying in Canada, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the feeling Mina and Aida gave me made me feel confident that I made the right decision. I left feeling relaxed and happy with my choice — and of course, with the great care from Dr. Anderson as well.
I’m personally very timid of dentists, I’ve never met one that I really trust is on my side, until now, Doctor Hsu is wonderfully attentive, caring, careful, and you just know he is looking out for your best interest. They’ve hired excellent supporting staff as well, I’ve personally really enjoyed working with Mina, the whole team works together like a family, and treats you like you’re a part or their family. We’re genuinely fortunate to have people like Dr Hsu in our corner, and I’d suggest to anyone who seeks for trust, competence, and compassion, to give this dentist a shot.
I’d also just like to mention quickly that I came in with very limited time to get a LOT of work done, and the team rose to the occasion, made the time work, even if it meant staying past closing a few days, and yet I never felt rushed in any capacity.
