I had braces here back in March 2022 and it seems going well until Dr cheng blamed me for breaking the brace which broke 5 mins after I walked out of her office and she seems to be rude and frustrating about how to end my braces treatment constantly asking when I’m relocating to different state which is none of her business, I want my treatment done because I paid 100% for the whole treatment process as negotiating with her from beginning, now I’m worried for my teeth because I don’t want to stuck with these braces forever and I want to have them life time guarantee not shifting back she seems never wanted to talk about the next steps.
