I used to dread dental appointments, and too often for good reason. Now I actually look forward to seeing Dr Chan and his wonderful staff. His gentleness coupled with an amazing sense of humour make for a wonderful experience that I no longer dread - I wonder how many people can make that claim? Also had a great teeth cleaning session with Charlene last week. A patient for life...!
The hygienist could not have been more lovely. My daughter has had anxiety previously going to the dentist and your office is so welcoming she feels relaxed.
The staff is friendly and professional. They treat the patient with care and not as a number. I will continue to be a patient of theirs.
Thank you once again Charlene for taking such great care of me.
Dr Dan is amazing (just don’t tell him so!). He was able to restore my tooth that broke.
