I had orthodontic treatment at Bellevue Orthodontics and Smile Design and the experience truly exceeded expectations. What stood out most was the team. The staff is incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, flexible with scheduling, and genuinely delightful and pleasant at every visit. The clinic operates at a very high standard, with clear communication, efficient appointments, and a level of care that feels polished and intentional.

I needed high-level and specialized care to bring my jaw, teeth and bite into alignment. The orthodontic work I received as a teenager (and again as an adult) did not stand the test of time and I was not excited to do it all over again.
The care I received here was above and beyond what I had hoped. I am a bit fearful of dental work because of my history. This care team welcomed me and I found them kind, calming, and expertly skilled! They made my very difficult case easier to bear.
My teeth are now beautiful! Honestly, I have been to many dental professionals and they are the cream of the crop. I am so grateful to have been recommended to them. Dr. Cousin, Dr. Riolo, and this team are genuinely outstanding!

He did not rush to “sell” anything; rather, he suggested careful monitoring and starting the treatment on a later date, to minimize the length of the treatment and pain. Dr. Cousins and his team were really great. They took a lot of time explaining the necessary treatment before it started. Dr. Cousins was also really attentive to details and spent a lot of effort making sure everything was perfect. Everyone at the clinic was really friendly and accommodating with scheduling. I would definitely recommend Bellevue orthodontics.
