Working with Dr. Barnett has been one of the most positive experiences I’ve had within the healthcare system. Prior to seeing her, many of my health concerns felt like an inconvenience to other doctors I encountered, with the exception of the physicians at West Coast Women’s Clinic, who referred me to Dr. Barnett at Balance Medical Centre.
Dr. Barnett has been incredibly supportive and has shown a genuine personal interest in helping me regain a healthier state, both physically and emotionally. Before working with her, I had begun to accept that the way I was feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally was simply a part of aging and that things would only continue to decline. Since becoming her patient, I’ve regained hope that meaningful improvement is possible.
She is truly exceptional at what she does, and it’s difficult to fully express the gratitude I feel for her care, compassion, and dedication.
Lastly, Cathy, who works alongside Dr. Barnett, has also been incredibly kind and patient throughout this process. I tend to put everyone else first, but she has consistently helped keep me on track with appointments, follow-ups, and documents. Her support, organization and compassion have made a significant difference in my experience and care.
