Excellent, I’m so happy with the doctors and how nice and professional all of them are. It’s Been a long road, almost two years, but I’m so happy that I went forward to have this Invisalign treatment. My teeth are perfectly straight now, and Invisalign even corrected my bite. It took an awhile and a lot of patience, but so worth it. Just wish I had done it sooner. Im 65, and want to keep all of my teeth until I’m gone. They were starting to get crooked, and creating some problems. Something needed to be done, so glad I did it. I’m so happy👍
I recently had a great experience with Patricia when I spoke with her about my treatment options. And Briana will always be my favorite assistant to go to. She always does an amazing job.
We’ve been with Axelrode for a few months now and have had the best experience! My daughter got her braces today and I was so impressed with how every detail was explained to her and not just to me. She was told about all the tools that would be used, how it would be used and how it would feel so she understood the entire process. Every step was thoroughly explained to her. I think It’s so important to speak to the children so they feel apart of the process! I remember as a kid, nurses and drs only speaking to my parents which made me feel confused and lost on what was happening. Thank you so much for including the patient and not just the parent!!

Eric Axelrode
Orthodontist
Dr. Eric Axelrode received his B.A. in economics from U.C. Santa Cruz. He received his DDS from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Dr. Eric completed a year of general practice residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Portland Oregon, treating medically compromised patients. He practiced general dentistry in Oakland and San Pablo for three years prior to completing his orthodontic residency at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. During his residency he earned his certificate and Master of Science in Dentistry. Dr. Eric brings a unique approach in delivering excellent orthodontic care while understanding first hand the needs of the general dentist.
Dr. Eric and his wife, Monica, have two children, Jean-Luc and Leah. He is a native of Orinda and graduated from Miramonte High School. After studying in various places, he wanted to return to his roots to raise a family. Dr. Eric and his family live in Moraga, and enjoy being part of the community both personally and professionally. He enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, skiing and traveling.
