It was really fun and exciting to get my braces on at first, when I got them on it felt foreign and interesting. But the customer service and great staff made up for it! It was like my teeth got armor. Alexis, Gerardo, Alyssa were the best teeth caretakers, and i’m excited for more appointments.

At Aloha Orthodontics, Dr. Naren Chelian (a.k.a. Dr. C) wants more than an excellent smile for his patients. He wants the patient experience to be just as outstanding. As soon as you step inside Aloha Orthodontics, you can’t help but smile as staff and patients wear t-shirts branded with the slogan: Smile Sucka. When asked what inspired him to come up with his motto, Dr. C's answer is simple:
"Because smiling is free, smiling is contagious and smiling makes people happy. So why not?!".

Dr. Naren Chelian
Dr. Naren Chelian (a.k.a. Dr. C) was born in India and moved to the U.S. when he was 8 years old and grew up in San Diego, CA. Dr. C attended UCSD for his undergraduate education and then moved onto UCLA for his doctorate education. Dr. C completed his orthodontic residency at UNLV and is still actively involved with the UNLV orthodontic residency programs to this day.
Dr. C is not only dedicated to his work through the treatments and consultations he performs but also through sponsorship and fundraising programs with various schools, sports teams and charities. Dr. C is a proud contributor to local fundraising efforts by local, national and international organizations such as:
St. Jude Child Fund, American Cancer Society, Salvation Army, UNICEF, No Kids Hungry, American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, Wikimedia, USO, ASPCA, Smile Train, Opportunity Village, UCLA, UCSD, UNLV, Habitat for Humanity and Project 150.
