Overview
Advanced Dental Systems is a general family practice with an emphasis in removable prosthodontics. Dr. Schade has 33 years of experience and has specialized in full and partial dentures for the last 20 years. He has vast knowledge of implant and root retained retention systems for full and partial dentures. We have an on site lab, and can offer one day service for denture relines and repairs.
We provide most necessary dental services to our patients, including: cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, porcelain veneers, dentures, implants, and oral surgery. For our fearful patients we provide conscious (Nitrous Oxide) and enteral sedation. Additionally, we work with most Oral Surgeons in the Austin area for implant placement, difficult surgical cases, and those who need IV or General Anesthesia.

I've visited Dr. Schade twice in the past year to have my teeth cleaned. On both occasions, I have felt welcomed and comfortable in my appointments. The staff are very kind, and the process is quick; they take care in cleaning my teeth and send me on my way in a timely manner. Dr. Schade takes great care to explain to me how and why they do the things they do. For residents of the Austin area, I highly recommend Dr. Schade and his staff for dentist appointments.

Dr Schade is a wonderful dentist, not only because of his long experience, but because he is very gentle. He is the only dentist who discovered I had mild but still very painful Trigemenal Neuralgia. He just inspires confidence and the staff are all lovely and very experienced.
